Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. Mix eggs well together. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Now comes the fun part - pouring the milk into the mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. Do not be alarmed if there are still egg streaks visible. Once the omelet flips, these streaks will disappear.
